Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dr. PDI ("Dr. PDI", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline your access to and use of our website,www.drpdi.in ("Site"), our mobile or software applications, and all services offered through these platforms (collectively, the "Services"). This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle health and reliability assessments, inspection services, and the New Car Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) service.

These Terms apply to all current and future users of the Dr. PDI Platform. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, thereby entering into a legally binding agreement with Dr. PDI. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must not use the Services. Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk, including exposure to content that may be considered inappropriate or objectionable.

You accept these Terms by

• Clicking “Accept” or checking an agreement box where such option is presented on the Dr. PDI Platform; or
• Accessing or using the Services, which will be deemed as your acceptance of these Terms.

Definitions

Customer: Refers to "you" or "your"—any individual who accesses or uses the Services to schedule inspections, receive vehicle reports, or engage in any form of vehicle health evaluation or reliability checks provided by Dr. PDI.

Content: Includes any form of data or information related to vehicle inspection—such as reports, images, photos, diagnostics, and analysis.

Your Content / Customer Content: Any material shared, uploaded, or submitted by you—such as reviews, feedback, photos, or messages.

Dr. PDI Content: Content developed or owned by Dr. PDI, including graphics, data insights, software interfaces, and proprietary outputs.

CustThird Party Content: Any content or service integrated from entities other than Dr. PDI or the Customer, including external service providers.

PDI Service: Refers to Dr. PDI’s Pre-Delivery Inspection service, which is a detailed and data-backed evaluation of a vehicle’s condition prior to delivery.

Claruz Software: Dr. PDI’s proprietary, patent-pending machine learning system, used to analyze over 3,700 anomalies across more than 1,700 vehicle models.

Engineer: A professionally trained and certified automotive engineer employed by Dr. PDI to perform inspections and assessments.

Eligibility to Use the Services

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using our Services.
• You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, or in a way that infringes on the rights of Dr. PDI or any third party.

Updates to Terms

Dr. PDI may update or amend these Terms from time to time at its discretion. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Services Provided by Dr. PDI

Dr. PDI delivers a range of vehicle inspection services, including but not limited to:

New Car Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Service

This service includes a comprehensive check powered by our Claruz Software and involves:

• Inspection of major mechanical and electrical systems
• Analysis of electronic sensors, CANBUS systems, and diagnostics
• Forensic-level checks for tampering, counterfeit parts, and hidden damage
• Review of the vehicle’s exterior and interior components for delivery-readiness

Service Modifications and Limitations

Dr. PDI reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. In the event of account suspension or deactivation, you may lose access to your account and associated data.
